Main Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis sliced thin
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
- In a mixing bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil until well coated. 
- In another bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. 
- Dip each zucchini slice into the bread crumb mixture, pressing lightly to coat both sides. 
- Place the coated zucchini slices on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. 
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy. Serve immediately.
