Ingredients 

Marinade Ingredients

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless, skinless

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, brown sugar, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano.
  2. 2. Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. 3. Preheat your grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. 5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
