  • 2 cups Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, and water.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, until blueberries are soft and syrup thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
  5. Strain the syrup to remove blueberry skins if desired. Serve warm or cold.
