Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Filling

  • 3 packages Cream cheese, softened 8 oz each
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 Eggs

Topping

  • 1 can Cherry pie filling 21 oz

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is set.
  5. Cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
