Ingredients 

Donair Meat

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano

Donair Sauce

  • 1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • ¼ cup White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and oregano. Mix well.
  3. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. While the meat is cooking, prepare the donair sauce by mixing sweetened condensed milk, white vinegar, and garlic powder in a bowl. Stir until well combined.
  6. Once the meat is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.
  7. Serve the sliced donair meat with the sauce in pita bread or over a salad.
