  • 6 medium Potatoes peeled and cut into wedges
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano dried
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 whole Lemon juiced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, chicken broth, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly.
  4. Transfer the potatoes to a baking dish, spreading them out in a single layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and tender, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional oregano if desired.
