Grilled Mac and Cheese
A delicious twist on the classic mac and cheese, grilled to perfection.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Elbow macaroni
- 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Milk
- ¼ cup Butter
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- to taste Salt and pepper
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until thickened. Stir in cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni. Transfer to a baking dish.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Place baking dish on grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, until top is golden and bubbly.
