Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until thickened. Stir in cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni. Transfer to a baking dish.
  5. Preheat grill to medium heat. Place baking dish on grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, until top is golden and bubbly.
