  • 4 slices Bread any type you prefer
  • 4 slices Spam grilled
  • 4 slices Tomato fresh, sliced
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese sliced
  • 1 small Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  3. 3. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on the grill pan.
  4. 4. Layer the grilled Spam, tomato slices, cheddar cheese, and onion slices on the bread.
  5. 5. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
  6. 6. Grill the sandwiches until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
