Hash Brown Quiche Recipe

- 3 cups shredded hash browns thawed and drained
- ¼ cup butter melted
- 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
- 1 cup diced ham
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 eggs beaten
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Press the hash browns into the bottom and sides of a pie dish to form a crust. Drizzle with melted butter.
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, combine cheese, ham, milk, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the baked hash brown crust.
Reduce oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 25 minutes or until the quiche is set.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
