Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded hash browns thawed and drained
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Press the hash browns into the bottom and sides of a pie dish to form a crust. Drizzle with melted butter.
  3. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cheese, ham, milk, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the baked hash brown crust.
  5. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 25 minutes or until the quiche is set.
  6. Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
