Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds roasted and crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Seeds roasted and crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 cup Tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Cornmeal
  • 1 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Green Chilies, finely chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into flat patties.
  4. Heat a grill or frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook the patties for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  6. Serve hot with naan or rice and your favorite chutney.
