Pakistani Chapli Kebab Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Ground Beef
- 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds roasted and crushed
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Seeds roasted and crushed
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 1 cup Tomato, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Cornmeal
- 1 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Green Chilies, finely chopped
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. 
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. 
- Shape the mixture into flat patties. 
- Heat a grill or frying pan over medium heat. 
- Cook the patties for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. 
- Serve hot with naan or rice and your favorite chutney.
