- 4 pieces Salmon fillets skinless
- 8 slices Bacon
- 8 slices Tomato
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 8 slices Bread toasted
- 4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
4. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
5. Toast the bread slices.
6. Spread mayonnaise on each slice of toasted bread.
7. Assemble the sandwich by layering lettuce, tomato, bacon, and grilled salmon between two slices of bread.
