Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi Rice
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 sheets Nori (seaweed)
  • 200 grams Smoked Salmon
  • 1 unit Cucumber cut into strips
  • 1 unit Avocado sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, mix in rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let it cool.
  2. 2. Place a sheet of nori on the sushi mat. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
  3. 3. Arrange smoked salmon, cucumber strips, and avocado slices over the rice.
  4. 4. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat. Slice into pieces with a sharp knife.
  5. 5. Serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
