Smoked Salmon Sushi Roll Recipe
Delicious homemade smoked salmon sushi rolls.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Sushi Rice
- 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 sheets Nori (seaweed)
- 200 grams Smoked Salmon
- 1 unit Cucumber cut into strips
- 1 unit Avocado sliced
1. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, mix in rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let it cool.
2. Place a sheet of nori on the sushi mat. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
3. Arrange smoked salmon, cucumber strips, and avocado slices over the rice.
4. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat. Slice into pieces with a sharp knife.
5. Serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
