Ingredients 

Wonton Filling

  • 200 g Ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Chopped green onions
  • 24 pieces Wonton wrappers

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and chopped green onions. Mix well.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with a bit of water.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the wontons until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Remove wontons with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
