Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and chopped green onions. Mix well.
Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with a bit of water.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the wontons until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove wontons with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
